Symposium

OpenPlastic is going to organize its 4th 3-day in-person Symposium scheduled for April 22-24, 2026 at the Donald Gordan Conference Center in Kingston, ON. The event is focused on enzyme discovery and optimization, process characterization and optimization, and LCA/TEA.

The primary objective of this symposium is to promote networking, communication, and collaborative efforts among current Consortium members and external leaders in the plastic biorecycling field. Consortium members are encouraged to consider presenting their research through either a poster or an oral presentation. Additionally, students are welcome to present on behalf of or alongside Principal Investigators.
